Fresh beautifies Upper East Side

Fresh, an upscale beauty products company, is expanding to the Upper East Side with two boutiques.

The division of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has signed a lease for a 1,100-square-foot shop at 1367 Third Ave., with an asking rent of $220 per square foot.

Dobbs Associates Inc. represented the landlord and the tenant.

The retailer’s other new shop, smaller at 250 square feet, will be at 922 Madison Ave. Asking rent was $600 per square foot. Garrick-Aug Worldwide represented the landlord and tenant.
