SoHo again
In a second SoHo deal, women's fashion designer BCBG Max Azria signed
a 12-year lease for a store at 120 Wooster St. It includes 2,500 square
feet of street-level space and a 2,000-square-foot selling basement. The
asking rent for the ground floor was $225 a square foot. The location
will be BCBG's second in Manhattan; it has a store on Madison Avenue at
East 66th Street. Real estate brokerage firms Dobbs Associates Inc. and
Iris J. Callie Co. jointly handled the lease deal.
